Supporting invovlves even less specific direction and is characterized by listening, collaborating, and appreciating.
Delegating involves losts of flexibility with little ddirection and is characterized by trusting, empowering, acknowledging, and challenging. Individuals at this stage have high commitment and excellent skills.
